Really, Ms. Fields? You had the guy arrested for that?...Okay, what about the bruising. The tape is jerky, it still shows a forceful grabbing and if she was bruised then it would be more forceful than it even appears. If she was bruised, okay. She had a long-sleeve sweater on over her top also, she was not bare-armed, so if she was bruised through a long-sleeved outer garment then you can't say no harm no foul-NOT THAT HARM IS REQUIRED-that would flesh out the forcefulness of the grab.
I wish to point out, in addition, that even if a lawyer bit a stripper, there may be extenuating circumstances, perhaps the...show called for some contact, you know, I mean sometimes they do!
