Hacking group. Today, via Wikileaks Shadow Brokers released a "tool" that NSA used to hack into, inter alia, Middle East banks. The NSA was hacking Middle East banks. The tool, or "exploit" also gave NSA the ability to hack into any computer in the world that uses Windows. By releasing this tool publically any person in the world who knows how to use it can now hack into, "pwn," own, any Windows computer in the world.
