Oh my God. I just saw this because the game was played in the Beijing time zone last night: Washington State, #8, 10-1, and PAC 12 commissioner Scott’s last, best, forlorn hope of getting into the four team playoff laid an apple last night at home, in the snow, against arch-rival 8-3, #16 Washington 28-15. That sets up the conference title game that no one wants to, or will, see between current #17, 8-3 Utah, who play their arch-rival Brigham Young tonight when every normal person will be getting ready for bed, and the afore-referenced “Poodles”. That’s a Conference USA mathchup and the winner has NO CHANCE of making the playoff.
