When Virginia invaded Pennsylvania in 1863...it didn’t turn out too good for the Virgins.

Damn if they didn’t try again Friday night and yesterday afternoon. Friday night the Institute was heard from. It was a Whelp that was heard from the Institute. Captain Capel and his boys in blue sent the Institute whelping and hightailing all the way back to Virginny after the Battle of Cardiac Hill ended 94-55. Yesterday afternoon the Technicians came in as relief. They were  rendered roadkill—Wait, Hall and Oates just ran by again.

And last week, of course, Pennsylvania Volunteers Hall and Oates slogged through the mire of Naziville and ambushed Virginia’s cavaliers who were last seen galloping away to Parts Unknown.

This fortnight then has been the High Water Mark for Virginia and it has been inundated, swamped, deluged and drowned by the infinite powers of Pennsylvania’s Three Rivers.
