(Good week for the prez). The Supremes today rejected the last remaining serious challenge to Obamacare which means "ACA is here to stay." In the case of King v Burwell plaintiff argued that ACA did not apply to those states that refused to cooperate with the law by setting up insurance marketplaces. If that view had prevailed, 34 million people would have been disenfranchised of health insurance. It did not prevail which means another plus-1 for Obama's legacy, which was also predicted here. The only legacy item Publocc predicted and fervently wished Obama would lose was the Iran deal and that's looking more hopeful for him after yesterday, too.
