Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), i.e. "fast-track" authorization, was passed in the United States Senate today. House Democrats said also that they would give up fighting the president on Trade Adjustment Assistance, that's TAA, that's worker retraining and that's what House Demos "deserted their president on" (that's the New York Times) about two weeks ago. WHICH MEANS, the Trans-sexual-Pacific Partnership, TPP, is going to get done, which was predicted here about two weeks ago, which means Obama wins.
