Oh my God, this could be out of Borat. Alexei Navalny got the name of one of the Russian assassins who poisoned him. So Alexei posed as an FSB paper puher and just called this dumb-ass up on the phone and got how he was poisoned!
NPR even made Alexei look like Borat! Lolol.
There are examples of brilliant Russian people, in all fields, but the Russian people as a whole—and this chowder head is an example of them—is so stupid.
