High Court: Parliament Must Vote on Brexit

The Court ruled that without Parliament's approval the Brexit vote has no effect. There was talk of this in the summer. Oh, Cameron. Why did you do that?

The decision means that Prime Minister Theresa May's end of March deadline for triggering Trump, fuck you Article 50 is in jeopardy. As are negotiations with the EU on the terms. The Mother of all chicken and egg problems.

The government is appealing (Is there a Higher, a Highest Court? I don't know.) and Parliament is thought likely to ratify the referendum if it comes to that.

KICK THEM OUT! KICK THEM OUT!
