That is a good statement. But let's see if we can find a dark cloud within that silver lining...Okay, I got one. He didn't say we "will not" invade, right? If I say "I have no intentions or interest in getting married" that is still not the same as saying "I will not get married." See? Dark...off-white cloud. Oh! And, didn't Putin say "We will not invade Crimea" or the equivalent? Swine double-talking Rooskis!
