Turkey Bombings D+3

Still no one, and no group, identified as responsible. Official Turkey is investigating ISIS. This was an anti-government bombing of a peace rally. To Official Public Occurrences it is highly unlikely ISIS would target such an event. Official Turkey continues to say these (plural) were suicide bombings with no additional detail. Official Public Occurrences says hayir to that.
