The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania went two out of three yesterday. Pittsburgh beat Georgia Tech and Temple beat...who did Temple beat, I forget. Une momento por favor...And Temple beat the University of Central Florida. And just now the Associated Press poll, the oldest in the U.S., came out with its weekly ranking of the top 25 teams and the "Panthers" and "Owls" are in it!, Temple is 22nd and Pitt is it at 25th. The three Commie schools (Penn Showers) have a combined record of 18 W's and only 3 L's. It is the first time Temple has been ranked in 36 years :o and for Pitt it's been 10 years. Hoo-doggie.
