If Congress is being shut down, then this is also a fact now – Trump has managed to do by force of the mob what he couldn’t do in the courts: Delay the certification of his loss.

There are alternative sites established for Congress to meet in the event of a crisis — similar to what we are seeing now. Perhaps they can use one of those sites now.
