The scoreline flatters Cleveland who trailed by 30 at the half. UD is now 54 years old having aged 19 years during the four hour game that had the longest imaginable half time for the retirement of Dwyane Wade’s number.
Okay, now for the real story. This was a real bad performance for Miami. Cleveland, 15-41, the Cleveland of the NBA, the most putrid the East, second only to GSW in the Association, and without their only decent player, the Cleveland that is a Dan Gilbert Production, whose best available player was I. Dunno Hu (Chinese player I., I think I said I think), that Cleveland, this Cleveland, the Cleveland of eternity without end amen, shot 48.1%. That is the most embarrassing defensive performance by Miami of the season, yes, worse than ATL (16-41) Thursday (48.2%) but there, not at home. No, this was the worst and the “Heat” is imploding defensively. It is the worst possible win and betokens more catastrophic losses in the twenty-six remaining games, I would not be surprised if as soon as Monday night in the rematch in Cleveland.
