What kind of a people produces as among the most acclaimed men in their fields Thomas Jefferson, John Steinbeck, William Faulkner, Jackson Pollock, Ernest Hemingway, Vince Gilligan, the nearly as celebrated Charles aka Cormac McCarthy, Richard Rorty, and Donald Trump? Men who consciously choose and searchingly pursue as their oeuvre amorality, immorality, pain, cruelty, death, desolation, destruction, and lies?; a man who thinks, "If there is no such thing as cosmic justice, what is the point of being good?" Oh my goodness, Vince Gilligan.
It is a sick, violent, degenerate people that produces such as Gilligan and the others. I agree completely with Gilligan's sentiments here:
"I feel some sort of need for biblical atonement, or justice, or something (lolol). I like to believe there is some comeuppance, that karma kicks in at some point, even if it takes years or decades to happen."
It's gonna happen Vinny, oh, it's a comin'. Karma can pack a powerful kick; America gonna get kicked clean into oblivion. Or something lol.
